Our Policy

At Local Discount Furniture our policy is to offer the best quality products at the lowest possible price. Every week products will be shipped from our main distribution centers to your local distribution center in your area to fill orders.  Our Locations page has contact and address information for all local dealers. In order to provide high quality, low price products all of our storage complexes are locally owned and operated.

ORDER SUBMISSION - All orders placed with Local Discount Furniture will be processed and submitted to our main distribution center within 24 hours. It normally takes 5 to 7 days for the product to arrive at your local distribution center.

DELIVERY - Delivery is a drop off only service, setup/assembly are not included.  For products scheduled for delivery, 7 to 10 days should be expected.  Delays may vary depending on product availability/freight.

SHIPPING FEE - We charge a flat rate of $50 for delivery within a 25 mile radius from the nearest location.  $1 is added for every mile over the 25 mile radius.

Local Discount Furniture Warranty

Congratulations on your purchase! Your new furniture is guaranteed to you, not only by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, but also by our warranty. All products sold by Local Discount Furniture are fully warranted by the manufacture. In most cases we will file a damage claim with the manufacture and help get the item exchanged. Local Discount Furniture promises to you, the original purchaser, to help remedy any defects in material or workmanship, due to manufactures defects, for a period of 5 years.

During this time Local Discount Furniture will provide, all labor and parts necessary to correct such defects. Customer is responsible for bringing the product to the storage unit that you originally purchased the product, for repair. The customer is also responsible for picking up item after repair is finished.  If product is not repairable, Local Discount Furniture agrees to replace the item; a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks should be expected.

Terms of Warranty:

Mattress Sets: All Mattresses are fully warranted by Spinal Care Bedding.   Local Discount Furniture is responsible for helping the customer get mattress serviced by manufacture. Mattresses are Only Warranted by the Manufacture.

Solid Wood Furniture (Bedroom - Dining Room): Construction is guaranteed against breaking, warping, or splitting for 5 years from date of purchase. All Metal parts are guaranteed against breaking or bending from normal use for one year from date of purchase. In addition, many manufactures have extended warranties provided to the customer.
