1st we have chosen to cut cost by using low cost warehouse or storage space that is pennys on the dollar comparied to the high cost of the fancy showrooms of larger retail stores.

2nd We have gotten rid of all of the expensive advertising that drives up the price of furniture in most stores .   A regular furniture store can spend anywhere from $5000 to $50,000 a month, in fact our last regular retail store we ran was only 20,000 square feet and we spent about $20,000 a month for 8 years just on advertising alone.  That's like buying a new car every month, who do you think pays for the advertising, you do.  We have made a commitment to not spend any money on advertising, that is why we focus on Craigslist, the internet and other free advertising like repeat and refferal.

3rd way we save our customers the money is that all our locations are independently owned and operated, normally by one or two family members.  Everyone involed shares in the responsibilty in getting each customer the best product we can offer at the lowest price on mattresses and furniture.
